I do not write 5 star reviews often but I have to chime in here because of the last 1 star review. This is my go to Tobacco store and they are awesome. I had a similer problem that guy had. Except when I finally got ahold of the owner's son he fixed everything for me no questions asked. The lady behind the counter is simply amazing. She has excellent product knowledge and is super nice. She is always trying to find me a better deal. So I highly recommend this store. The phone also works, I called the listed number while standing in the store and the phone rang. That is also how I found out when the boss would be there to help me with my problem. I understand that guys frustration but this is a great business and that is rare for smoke shops, they are good people. If you have a problem just get ahold of the owner.

Very disappointing service! I won't go into details, but just don't expect to receive any kind of decent service here! Update* I appreciate your response. It's not my intention to hurt your business! I just thought the way that things were handled were poor. I understand you're trying to run a business and you guys can't afford to refund $20 for a defective product that you sold sold me. However, what's done is done and I wish you guys a happy, successful business!

I drive an hour and a half every other Friday to get a supply of kratom products from here and have had no problems until today. I spent $435 dollars here only to get home and one of the bottles had been opened and replaced with Tylenol. Then when I tried to call their phone is shut off so I have no way to communicate with them.
