Anytime I go into VIP SMOKE SHOP in Hamilton, the guys always greet me with smiles, and if they don't have what I need, they will order it for me!!! You should definitely STOP IN And check these guys out!!! Tell them PRINCESS sent you!! 🤗🤗🤗

The store is almost never opened on time. The door has been locked during "open hours" more times than I've actually been able to go inside. I'm not talking about being a couple minutes late, it's multiple hours sometimes. Their inventory is crap. I would suggest going to zips tobacco, or any other tobacco shop really

Tried to go here today at 9 a.m. because website says open at 9 a.m. showed up closed... went back at 11 a.m. still closed sign on door says open at 10a.m. the little boy that works sundays should be fired never on time customer service is terrible don't go on Sundays!!!!!

They are very good. They stand behind their product. They will return and exchange Within the reasonable doubts. Friendly and helpful, the only thing is you have to keep switching brands.Because they don't keep the same brand for long.Due to the changes of the market.
