I am giving 1 star to warn others. My first visit with the gentleman working here was great, but my second visit was a nightmare. After waiting 10 minutes for the lady to show up, we had an issue with the bill. The sticker price was $28.17, which comes to exactly $30 when you add the 6.5% Ohio sales tax. However, she manually entered the base price as $30 on the screen, trying to overcharge me. She clearly didn't understand the math. When I tried to explain that $28.17 plus tax equals $30, she refused to listen, became incredibly disrespectful, and literally told me to 'get out.' Shady, incompetent, and rude. Never again.

She is super knowledgeable about all the products, and always take the time to answer my questions. She also helped me find exactly what I needed, and her recommendations are always spot-on. Best place around for sure! Had 1 issue one yime and they fixed it right away. They care about their customers and it shows. They made a lasting customer out of me for sure with their friendly and knowledgeable service. I highly recommend you see it for yourself. Bobby is the best manager and person! Lots of items to choose from for good prices too!

Nice people but if it says online that you open at 9 a.m. then why is the store still locked up at 9:45
