Momo what’s a fantastic Help over here with me today he made sure that he was open and the store was beautiful. I was very happy with the selection that he picked and went with it. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional.

I don't know what happened, this place used to be great. I popped in today to get something I've bought there multiple times. The product in question was on a back wall and I couldn't quite make out what the label said. The attendant on duty was with another customer, which was fine, so I stepped slightly behind the counter to get a closer look. I didn't touch anything and I was there for no more than two seconds. Well, the attendant who was too busy to even welcome me into the store certainly wasn't too busy to lecture me about going behind the counter for two seconds. So, I put back the soda I had intended to buy along with my other intended purchase and walked out. And I don't think I'll be going back. Yes, it's the closest vape shop to my home, but it's not the only one. But, they clearly aren't interested in keeping me as a customer so I'm no longer interested in being one.

I will never go here again. I have been buying the same product here for over 3 months 4 for.99. today however they tell me that they have raised their price to a $1.15 and that I now have to pay what they have to pay. I don't think so I wasn't born yesterday if they raise the price it would be raised on the packaging just like Swisher did. Nice try I will drive my ass all the way back to Lebanon to the smoke shop where they don't rip you off. Because I promptly called them as soon as I got in the car to verify that they have not raised the prices on the Natty naturals. And they have not and don't plan on raising them either.

If you are looking for a fantastic smoke shop in the greater Cincinnati area, please visit this store! It is located in Warren County, in the same shopping center as the Maineville Kroger store. It is worth the drive! 🤘 From the south, just head north on Montgomery Road (Rt 22-3) and then north again (left) on Rt. 48. From Lebanon, you do the opposite! Lol 😂 anyhow, y'all know how to use your navigation technology, so check this store out asap! 😊

Amazing customer service! Helped me pick a vape that I would actually like and let me try it as well just to make sure. After visiting many vape stores in the area, I will definitely be back!
