This shop is awesome. I've been to quite a few different shops in the past and our of all of them Jades is the best one by far. Great selection of top quality juice, mods, tanks and rdas. The best staff you could ask for very knowledgeable with their products and genuinely great people to talk to. I've taken many friends here and all have had a great experience.

Been going here for a while and I’ve had my good days and bad days but all around every trip is enjoyable and the customer service has always been very nice to me and I do get annoying lmao. Great place so check it out

Jade Vapor Park Ave West Sold me a pax 3 complete kit in January 2020. I was satisfied with it until I went to file a warranty claim the other day and pax customer service tells me the unit is a counterfeit, the serial number is fraudulent, the packaging (saved the original packaging and square receipt due to the ten year warranty) is counterfeit and that based on the inconsistencies the retailer likely knew it wasn't a legitimate pax. I only chose it over other options in the first place because of the ten year warranty. Feel really deceived by Jade Vapor.

I love jade vapor and everyone who works there!!! Every experience I have had at jade vapor I have always left a happy camper! They do what they can to go above and beyond for their customers to meet their vaping needs! They always remain professional and everyone who woks there always has a smile on Their face and a positive attitude! I recommend them to everyone! That will never change ! By far the best shop around in my opinion!!!!!

Excellent customer service! What a great experience from when I started Vaping & then upgraded to my current setup. Very informative & professional. If you get the chance, do yourself a favor & make a visit. You won't regret it. 10 Stars!!!
