So, I’ll start by saying Ive been coming here for years… even before it was wild bills tobacco. Staff is always friendly and did have great prices before the switch but a lot of selection for vape/ tobacco products nonetheless. However.. If you’re coming here because you were told they sold dumplings, they do! But not authentic ones. They do NOT have the RSM logo on the bottom of the packaging. For $15, it being a knock off you’d think okay, at least it’s new ? No. It’s clearly used. While it’s normal for SOME squishy toys to have starch powder. This isn’t starch. Secondly there are black ink marks/skid marks on the item. With there being dust on the toy ( i seen some in the package but thought oh, it’s just been sitting) blank ink, it definitely looks opened. Its not a tobacco product so like anything, i tried to exchange ( not return for a refund) literally 10-15 minutes after purchasing. showing them the black marks , dirt and thick white powder ( again the powder shouldn’t look like this) I was informed that i could not. It does mention all sales are final, but they allow exchanges on e cig? And e-cig hardware? But not a toy. You are better off going with amazon. They were originally sold at 5 below before they became a trend, so if you can still get them there even better. Just know these are not authentic ( hence no Rsm on the package anywhere) & $15 for a dirty knock off is a no.. ( listed price on item sticker was $14.99, but my receipt says $9.99, while cheaper you can get them at 5 below for $5 or amazon for $7-18 depending on authenticity and seller. Just check reviews to ensure it’s an RSM product)

This place is amazing, great variety, helpful and kind workers, and they have a drive through if you're disabled and cant come in. Prices are good too.

I stopped here today looking to get a new falcon that I originally bought from a Wild Bill's in a different area. I ended up buying a mystery $20 grab bag and there was a falcon in it!!!! Great customer service and the grab bags are worth it!!!! It's a nice surprise!!!!

This was a 5 Star business until they chose to hire an insecure and incompetent employee. He doesn't have a clue about vaping unless you buy disposable units. I buy coils and tanks. That day I needed coils for a tank I purchased there a couple weeks earlier. He got irritated because he couldn't find them to the point he threatened to remove me from the store! Unbelievable! I spend a couple hundred a month at Wild Bills granted it's not much but it's everything I need. Im going to call him D. D shouldn't work in sales he isn't secure enough. He embarrassed me and himself belittling me in front of everyone because he couldn't find a coil! I got them yesterday from the same store.

Lisa is the best person there. She knows exactly what she’s talking about and always treats all the customers so good. We love going there because of her. We appreciate everything that Lisa does! She’s the hardest working person I know. If you go to Wild Bills ask for Lisa, she’s a wonderful person!
