I was just in Walmart and another customer slipped and fell, I think they hit their head & had a seizure. Two or three Walmart associates immediately ran over to help, I know one called 911 but it seemed like the other one was trying to call their boss, but they weren’t answering. When I saw said boss seemingly on his way over, he was very uncaring and walking super slow with no urgency. Very disappointing, I would never want this experience myself.

Come to Walmart to get some paint stuff and went to electronics just looking when I found a led for tvs when I looked there was three in the home and they were price 9.97 and that was a good deal for them, but when I went out to the self checkouts at GM doors it came up at 19.97 so I had my friend take a picture of it and the kid at the self checkout was Very apologetic but the team lead came over and he was rude He didn’t greet me. He acted like he was annoyed. After my friend came back with the proof. I asked them if they were going to honor the $9.97. He straight up said no and walked away. I don’t care that the price was wrong. I care that the customer service was so poor from him. If you don’t know, customer service, you should really not be in that position as a team lead when your own employee was more apologetic and helping than the own team lead shame. Hopefully that team lead can learn a thing or two from his own employee!!!!!!

All the money Walmart has and it’s head to head competition with Amazon you need more than two live agents working when people with two full carts of stuff and you are standing there for an hour. Also your carts need updated most of the wheels are broken or won’t move. Do better

Went in looking for a tshirt for my boyfriend to wear to a pride event and came out with nothing! There was nothing! The town's pride festival is literally tomorrow and there was nothing with a rainbow or pride. I couldn't even find a pair of socks that would be festive. Highly disappointed
