On a cold snowy night, I was asked to do a favor for my friend and pick up a vape. Luckily, I found a place that had the one she wanted over here at this store in Milford. I called had to make sure they had it and make sure they’ll be open. I told the guy that I’ll be there shortly That I arrived at 10:25 PM. They close at 10:30 and the place is locked up lights are out completely screwed no consideration for a customer that was simply trying to come do business during normal business hours, but he decided he wanted to leave five minutes early and doesn’t give a crap about my business wonderful if you’ll give a crap about your business as long as it doesn’t somehow inconvenience him. This is called the worst possible service to a customer that I could possibly imagine completely ruined. The chance for me to make it to a different vape store that open till 11 because this clown says he’ll be here at 10:30 and it was a lie he’s a liar.

Absolute scammers! Sold my son a vape outside of the box. It was already used/burnt. Would not give him the box to go with it! Then when he tried to return it, would not accept the return. I am reporting to my bank.

I don't recommend visiting this place because they don't know what they're doing at all. If I could, they wouldn't even deserve one star.

Very friendly had exactly what I needed!

The owner/clerk is very nice and welcoming. He's great to talk with. He also offers a great variety, always getting new product, and a simple straight forward reward system.
