I have been going to Rock Vapor Scissors for a few years now. Everytime I go on the environment is always friendly. Staff is always willing to help out and very patient. Multiple brands and manufacturers offer a variety of different juices and devices. 10/10 recommend

Staff has always been exceptional here, but I have one big problem with this place: their stock. I only come in for one juice and it's a coin toss if they have it. They only ever seem to have 3-4 of it when it is in stock. I go to their competitor down the street and they have a stockpile of it. Not sure who's in charge of ordering juice, but their competitors do it way better than here.

The customer service quality here is what makes it so much better than the other shops I've been to. Every time I've bought an Orion here they encourage me to try it before I leave just to make sure there aren't any issues or defects. I bought one at another store and got into my car before I unpacked and tried it just to find out it was broken and I was SOL. So hail RVS.

Knowledgeable but doesn't make me feel stupid. ID check and checkout was professional and no awkwardness. Great environment. Great employees. Extremely helpful. I wouldn't know as much about building if not for Matt & McCain. Definitely reccomend stopping in and checking it out. For sure love the staff and selection.

I came in tonight with an issue with a tank I bought from another vape store in Columbus. I've never Vaped before it was very difficult and the guy helped me out was very knowledgeable and fantastic! The juice that I was sold was way too high and so is too hard for me to smoke. He immediately knew the problem was able to fix it by selling me a lower milligram juice for this new vape that I can smoke it with no problem now. Thank you for being patient and identifying the problem and helping me fix it you guys are amazing would recommend to anyone!!!
