I ordered a U Haul through JB’s for pickup at 6:15am. Uhaul website showed they opened at 6:00am. I go there and no one is there and there is a singular uhaul track in the back with no lockbox for key. The sign upfront also says 6:00am for opening, but online shows 7:00am. I waiting until 7:15 but no one was there still. Had to reschedule my Uhaul to a different location and ruined my morning. Just do U Haul through an actual Uhaul retailer and not this store.

Placed an order for pickup on doordash for $11. Instead of canceling the order, they adjusted the price to $51. They then marked the order as picked up before I ever arrived. And then refused to properly fill the order and tried using the language barrier as an excuse to not be able to refund me because they "didn't know what to do, they can't see the order anymore" when there was clearly a get help button right next to the receipt for the order on their device. At any point in time they could have canceled the order and said that the item was out of stock rather than charge me four times the original amount and then marking it as picked up. Terrible way to run your business

I buy 2 cartons every 2 weeks. Twice in the last month I paid $129 for 2. The next time I was charged $ 140. 3 days ago I got an extra for the normal price. I showed the cashier what I’d been charged twice before. They over charged me by $29. They refused to refund me. Be careful because if they can rip you off, they will. No conscience in these people. Sickening Addendum; went back to ask about my refund. Same guy as last time. He stared at me with his mouth open, and still no refund. Don’t go there; they will rip you off!

It is a little out of the way from my usual circle but they have a great selection of tubes and tobacco for rolling my own cigarettes. I have found a very good equal to Newport Menthol are the Gambler menthol products and for less than $2/buck compared to... UGH. JB also has some Delta 8/9/10 products. I especially like the Just Delta Sativa D8 strawberry for a really nice buzz. Delta products contain less than .3% of thc, which is the Federally legal amount and legal on a State of Ohio level. The customer service team are worth mentioning. (Sorry, I do not give 5 stars often)

This place is phenomenal it has a great selection of brews and fair pricing on tobacco
