I know these people are just doing their job. But getting declined for services for having a digital ID but also being in their system as a registered customer is hard to make sense of.

10/10 absolutely love everyone there!! They are the kindest, most helpful people in Mansfield I swear! I really connected with them fast and absolutely love it there! They always have amazing product, and cleanest/nicest shop! Definitely go check them out!!

Super friendly employees, always very helpful and knowledgeable on their products. Every time I went into shop, I've had wonderful and fun conversations with them as well, they definitely make you feel welcomed. If a product is out of stock or they don't carry it, if they can order it for you they will. Love this shop so much definitely my favorite in town

Great selection of products and keeps up on new flavor juices and devices. Staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They added music and new lighting to create a welcoming atmosphere. I hear there are more changes coming with the new Puckerfish owners. I recommend them to everyone.

This is the absolute best when it comes to vape shops. Everyone is very polite, friendly, and willing to help; there's a huge variety of flavors and brands available, whether it's freebase, nic salt, or disposables. The few minor issues I had so far were all solved properly. They definitely know how to make (and keep) a customer happy. ♥
