I went to get a vape with my husband, went to hit it and it didn’t hit. The battery was at 45 percent. I went inside and said can I exchange this which I have done with you guys 3 other times with no problems. They lady proceeds to show her it doesn’t hit which is normal but kept telling me over and over to hit it and after the 20th puff of it not hitting it only hit on turbo. She then says it’s hits and says I have to buy a new one? You can’t sell faulty items to people and expect me not to exchange it. It still don’t hit on turbo now.

i would recommend buying a vape from here. got a vape from here and haven’t even hit it and it’s missing about a quarter of the juice lol. i’ll spend my extra couple dollars somewhere else to get a full vape next time
