Bought an out of the box damaged product. Because it still technically functions, they would not swap it out. Had a receipt and returned the day after the purchase only because I bought it an hour before they closed. I've already been avoiding this business because of their poor selection and less than satisfactory customer experience in the past. It's worth it to me to drive to fremont and get quality products and customer service. Avoid the frustration and wasted money, avoid this place.

Tara was absolutely amazing she made us feel so welcome and took the time out to let us know of all the selections of juices they offer. No offense to the younger boy that works there with the curly hair but he was not as informative as tara I had no idea they had a book of flavors that we could look at until she served us. She really gave us the whole experience and her customer service is on point. She's an amazing employee and makes going to the vape shop a good experience! You can't see the flavors from behind the counter and she was the only employee that brought out the book and helped us with our choice. Great and valueable employee! Very happy with her service!

i loved the juice bar, wide variety of merchandise, discounted items (managers specials), and the helpful, knowledgeable staff. my only complaint is the prices not being posted in the juice catalog. other than having to ask "how much?" about a hundred times, this is one of the best vape shops I've been to and I would recommend checking it out.

Really knowledgeable employees!! They will have an answer to any question you have but in detail! Even explaining the differences between different makes and models/juices. They are really friendly and will help you find the best ecig and liquid to suit your needs. Had a great time going in and will definitely be coming back every time i need something for my vape pen. 😬 felt comfortable here!
