This establishment is so welcoming. I found this place a little over a year ago. Right out the gate the employees made me feel like I was walking into a friends house. I love their selection. When the tariffs made it almost impossible to find my brand( I am VERY loyal to a specific brand and flavor) They would hold one for me. Now they are always stocked with my brand and I couldn't be happier. They are incredibly knowledgeable as well which made finding a temporary alternative to my brand until it was available again so nice. This unfortunately isn't what I found to be an easy thing anywhere else. Matthew and Carlin are amazing ppl that make make it that much more worth me drive past the three shops right by my house to come here. Lol With the cleanliness, the chill atmosphere, how accommodating and knowledgeable all the workers are… I will never go anywhere else. Thank you guys. 💜

Unfortunately the associate that was in was relatively clueless on much of anything. He said his boss was in the ER so he couldn't ask him about something I asked, which fair (hopefully he's alright) but honestly you'd expect an associate in a store of any sort to have even the slightest clue on the most basic things about a product they sell. Thankfully I had my husband with me who knows a lot more in regards to vape devices etc so it wasn't a total wasted trip. Having just moved out this way I was hoping to find a vape shop close by but this one is not it 😅 Live and learn, I suppose.

If I could give this location 0 stars as of the last month or so I would. Every time I've come up to the shop to buy my vapes, the new associate Anthony is either gone for an unnecessary amount of time which is like half an hour, or completely clueless about any questions I ask. Matthew and Carlin are great, but I truly am getting tired of the be right back signs. I came up Wednesday and saw another one and waited almost 20 minutes before leaving!
