Used to go here everyday now it seems like it's closed everyday when the hours say open. Miss when Jessie ran the place dude answered phones helped with deals and acted like he wanted to be there while studying glass outside of the shop to be more knowledgeable when you came in.

Been using this place for yrs to get butane by the case they have recently changed there system and no one knows how to really use it went in there yesterday to get a case of butane and the price was double the price tried to charge me by the can not the case. I said something to the supposed manger, and he tried to tell me we never sold by the case only by the can basically. It's funny cause I literally went and grabbed a case a month ago, and the guy there changed the price cause he knew the system wasn't right. So it seems the supposed manager is just a lazy worker not surprised cause when i pulled up there was two people waiting for the guy to finish his cigarette so they could go in as he had locked the door. I left without purchasing, obviously. Hope ya fix this issue within your company cause it's a good way to go out of business.
This place has really changed, lived up the road most of my life, but I went in here yesterday to get an item and I asked the store assistant if he had it, he said I don't even know the other guy moves everything around so much. Like what? It's your job to find what I need isn't it? What are you getting paid to do? Instead I bought something I've always had, and little did I know it's also cheaper in quality. More expensive too. Won't be coming back.
I bought tattoo equipment. Everything seemed fine with it. But I didn’t get to test it out when I got home. I plugged everything in and the machine was not working there was a short In the wiring so I couldn’t use it. I called the store and explained to him everything. He said he couldn’t help and that I didn’t know what I was doing, I have been tattooing I know how to set my equipment up. I totally get that all sales are final but my product doesn’t work. How is it fair to sell me a product that doesn’t work. Do I have to plug it in and test it out before I leave the store to make sure it works.
Decent store, good selection of hardware, and nice people. My only criticism would be that I was going to buy a graphics water pipe for the person I was with. The person behind the counter basically bashed graphics and dismissed purchasing one, thus losing a $40 sale. So to look like eh knew what was best, he lost a sale. A piece of advice, the customer is always right. Especially when he's trying to give you money.
