The employee who helped me was super friendly, and even though I didn't find what I was looking for, she recommended something almost identical.

Everytime I come here the atmosphere is so pleasant and they are always so nice to me. I was recently helped by Sam, to which we made a pretty cool ultimate decision on which product to buy. The interaction made my night. Love it!

I had an awesome experience at Vapor Haus! Storm was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Her customer service was top-notch, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers. If you stop by Vapor Haus, definitely ask for Storm—she’ll take great care of you! Highly recommend!

This is my favorite location as of yet. Rowan was super helpful and informative even though I ended up getting what I always get, and was still friendly after. I'd give you a sixth star if I could!
