Service was great. Robin was awesome. They have a good selection and when I requested something they didnt have, they got it just a few days.

Today this morning at 7:00am I went to go in by a vape and they were closed so I walk to my car. I see two people pull up and not one guy told me that she was there to open up so I walk up and say thank you to him as I’m walking by and she said she just had to open the cash register turn the lights on and signs on so she opens the door and goes in and what I’m thinking is which I’ve done this at plenty of other stores specially when it’s 7 o’clock when they should be already open so I go in and all I hear from behind me is cussing yelling, and it’s the guy that dropped her off so then I walk out of the store start arguing with him Then I walked back to my car to take a little breather. Then I walked past him, which she still parked there going, and she goes out there to talk to him, which makes no sense because if there was a issue of me walking in when you are not even apparently set up yet when it’s past 7 o’clock, why are you leaving me in this store on my own then when you walk back in I ask you who is that and pretty much like what happened and she pretty much says I deserved it not exactly like that but however, she said it in her rude manner like it’s my fault like I said if it was an issue with me walking in when it’s past 7 o’clock when you should be open why did you not lock the door like it’s just so frustrating I just I just don’t know and I hope the owner sees us in action is taken because that is no way to treat a customer, especially when if there was an issue with me coming in when you are supposed to be open and set up the register and turning lights on why did you leave me on My own when you want to go outside and talk to whoever that was, it’s just frustrating. Abraham is the best. Very friendly. Hopefully they will get me right in the morning, because I came in wanting a carton of cigarettes and they gave me the wrong carton. I didn't look to see that it was the wrong carton until I got to the casino.

Twice, on separate weeks I showed up during business hours and they were locked up. There was a sign stating they would be back at a certain time. I get lunch breaks, but on both occasions I tried 10-20 minites AFTER the sign said they would return and still locked up. Dont know if an employee is just taking hour plus long breaks without signage or what, but even when I called the best they could tell me "ill be back within the hour". Was excited to see them open up but i highly doubt they'll be around for long trying to run a business like that. Edited tentatively from 1 star to 3 because their response was understandable and reasonable, as well as friends having good experiences. Will edit a final tome once I go in to shop.
