I absolutely love this store and the employees I have had the pleasure of encountering. All of them have been extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the location and parking. The parking lot is not big enough to accommodate all of the businesses in the complex. Several times I’ve been forced to shop elsewhere after circling the parking lot looking for a place to quickly park. Other shops in the area will price match, so I’ve been going there and unfortunately will likely just go there from now on to save the hassle.

The lady that runs this store is completely rude she knew I had a lyft waiting outside I was just trying to pay for the same Snoopy Vapes I got The last time that the same lady told me they always keep in stock which apparently was a lie because the two flavors I wanted they did not have and so I tried to ask her about other flavors but she's trying to list them for Snoopy vapes and I said no I'm not getting snoopy Vapes I'm getting another brand because you don't have the flavors I want and she just kept going around in circles arguing with me so I said yep fine just two of those of whatever brand she mentioned and then I asked if she had a 5:10 thread battery and she just said they're in the case right there didn't point to them didn't try to show me any no customer service tackt or anything and then I said fine I'll get them from another store since you don't want to help your customer and she goes you know what I'm done get out I'm not selling these to you. And she did this knowing good and well because I told her several times that I had a Lyft ride outside so I had to pay for an additional Ride to get what I should have been able to get at this location if she wasn't in such a bad mood and was willing to help her customer she was just in the back room when I walked in the door she wasn't even out ready for a customer so clearly she just didn't want to work or do her job I asked her for her supervisor's number or corporate number or anything and she refused to give it to me and told me that she is corporate. If you shop here good luck The service is rude they are not out in the area to help you they are only there to take your money and I know this for a fact because the last time I went there I bought four Snoopy vapes One of which I took out of the box brand new and could not use it would not charge I could not smoke it I could not do anything with it it was a complete waste of money and clearly so was traveling all the way to her store and bypassing the other two vape shops that were on my way there I was trying to be a loyal patron and now I will no longer be going to any vape shacks ever again I ended up going to super tobacco and vape who were much more friendly much more helpful and happy to assist me so I went there and spent $75 because that lady couldn't be bothered to help her customer that money would have been hers well actually it would have been vape shacks money but this employee couldn't be bothered to help her customer politely so the money I was there to spend at vape shack got spent at their competitor. You should go to any other vape store but this one because this lady is rude and disrespectful and petty and I hope the owners are smart enough to fire her because she didn't just lose them my money today I'm sure she loses them a lot more money than that on a regular basis considering how she runs that store. If you go to this location good luck I'm sure she will offend you. Obviously I'm not the only one that had a bad experience because of this lady look at the review in the screenshot I attached to this review I'm leaving I am also attaching a picture of the vape that I opened brand new out of the box today to use from the last four that I purchased on my last visit to this vape shop You can see it's plugged in and won't light up this is what happened straight out of the box I can't use it it has a flat-out dead battery right out of a brand new unopened box You can see the package I opened it out of. I will never go to vape shack ever again super tobacco and vape on airport treats me way better than they do and their Vapes work straight out of the box!!!

Bought this today 9/4/25 and thank you so much to the women who sold it too me today! You have no idea how much I appreciate the discount and your kindness! Great selection of bongs honestly and the prices are not bad at all, they also have a point system which is a bonus!
