Came in to buy a hybrid pen, just for them to have only one left—and it was the nicer one with the screen. Fine. I’ll buy it. I use it for a few days, it doesn’t charge. Okay, annoying. I call in and ask if I can swap in the defective one for a new one, since it’s been hardly used and it’s obviously not charging. I’m told over the phone, “All sales are final.” When you buy from here, being a regular doesn’t matter. I spent nearly $20 on a piece of junk that should’ve kept me from another purchase at the dispensary. They want your money and for you to leave. Clearly, I have to get my pens from the dispensary from now on (and more than one, since I won’t be going back to BC Vape ever). I also told them I was a first time user for a bong and looking for help and I was recommended the worst one ever… I would not rec this location

the 40.00 waterpipe that was already on the floor tipped over and broke into 3 pieces. dont waste your money

younger dude with dark long hair helped me. I walked into the store, he asks for a moment to finish what he’s doing, and then as soon as he is done he’s like “you got an ID on you?” I’m almost 24. obviously, and I tell him that. He waits like another 30 seconds while I’m perusing waiting for him to help me and asks me “can I see it?” I show him my id and then he starts helping the other lady instead of me. I wouldn’t say it’s bad treatment or service, just felt like he was treating me like I was a child who wasn’t supposed to be in his store, and I was pissed about it.
