Long story short. We have been coming to this location faithfully for our vape for the past 6 months. Their selection of vapes is top tier. However, yesterday I bought a vape which was defective. The air flow adjuster did not work and it taste burnt. I went in today to get it rectified bc let's be real, these vapes aren't cheap. The rep suggested I try a diff flavor. So I went with his suggestion. Last one of their peach pineapple. I opened it and tried it infront of him. Same thing, it taste burnt. There was no flavor to it what so ever. The rep had a guy named Jay on the phone who basically called me a liar, saying that 2 couldn't be bad. I was not gonna sit there and argue with someone who's calling me a liar. So I said thats fine I will take this vape and my business elsewhere. I took my 40 vape as a loss and went right back down to my original location 419 smoke and back to the geek bar I go. Pretty funny how I bought the last peach watermelon Mr. Fog and Tuesday and today they randomly had one more left. Lol. Id say it was a scam. They knew it was a bad vape. And you certainly can have 2 bad vapes. 2 different flavors. Smh. Went from $ 60.00 to sometimes $100.00 a week. We sure will not be spending another dime at this location.

Absolutely the best vape store in Toledo without a doubt. Amazing customer service they treat you with respect not pushy at all and they absolutely make sure that you walk out of the store happy. I've been to at least a hundred plus stores in the last 10 years and this store is by far leaps and bounds above the rest. It's no joke if you haven't been here yet you need to stop by. I wish there were more stars.

I've bought so many torch lighters from multiple places and they always go out. i bought a really nice one here and it also stopped working. the worker was nice enough to make up for it by giving me a whole new one for free. now dont take it as they don't have good products they do. They are kind enought to make up for things most other places dont. the employees are all super nice and try their best to help. 10/10 vape shop

I absolutely love this Vape Shop!!! Everyone is so helpful, and the inside of the shop has a great atmosphere. They offer a great selection of vaping and tobacco products. The prices are awesome too! I definitely will be a returning customer for all my vaping needs.
