TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!! I purchased a tray from Cloud 9 and spoke to Mike (I assume is the owner) before I did and once I got it, gave it to the person who I bought it for as a bday gift, they opened it and it was used. I reached out to Mike and he told me he was out of town and to call him on Friday and he’d take care of it. Whn I called him, I was hung up on so I began to txt him. Only for him to say there was nothing he could do. All I wanted was to have the item exchanged for a NEW one, didn’t even want the money back and he refused. Just bad business all together and I’ll let my attorney handle it from here. I will never do business with him or anything he is affiliated with ever again!!! Warning….DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. All he wants is your money and making sure you are taking care of the proper way is not his priority!! Deal with him at your own risk.
