Went into the shop because I was in the area. Staff talked me into a new vape but didn’t have the cartridges for it. I tried searching other vape shops for the cartridges but no one had them. Went back a month later and they didn’t have them again, but sold me ones they said would work. I bought two boxes because I didn’t get there often and no one else had them. I asked if they didn’t work, if I could bring them back and refund and he said absolutely. Tried the cartridges but they didn’t work right, less flavor, less of a hit. A month later, I took them back to return and ask if they could exchange but they didn’t have them again, so I asked for a refund. The guy looked at me like I was stupid and started clarifying that they had been open for 4 years and never gave a refund. I said none of that mattered, he told me I could refund. He said he would give me store credit, but they never had the cartridges I needed for the vape. I will never go back and have to eat the $30 in cartridges they wouldn’t return! No integrity! Doesn’t keep their word! Has a good variety but integrity is number one to me!

Shopped here all the time, they gave us a customer loyalty card buy 5 vapes get the 6th free. When I went in to use it they argued with me and told me that it was not valid and I couldn't use it. The card says nothing about a time frame of when to use it or has to be redeemed within a certain promotion. They were actually pretty rude about it and refused to allow me to redeem. Ironically the card says satisfaction guaranteed which obviously is not true. I will go anywhere else but here from now on.

They are very helpful every time I go in. They even brought in a Breeze flavor they didn’t originally have but because I requested it got it in. I am so grateful for that. I will definitely keep shopping there. Prices are very good.

Just a week ago I purchased cones. 2 boxes actually and they were 2.50 per pack. 15 packs to a box. A little pricey but really wanted them. Went back tonight to get more. He remembered me from previously and actually added 1 dollar to the total per pack. 3.50 per pack now. Just a few days later. He figured I would t notice because I buy so many. Just taking advantage of people. I would not trust thise who work on that store.

I went in for my first time a few weeks ago bc we just moved to town and of course my vape died while we were moving lol. I found out about the raffle for a 58" TV, so I got an extra vape to get an entry... I just got called tonight while I was working at the renaissance festival and they asked me to come in after work. I went in with my crazy makeup lol and I WON THE TV!!! The owners are so nice, it is be far the most beautiful vape store, with a great selection of everything I might add, that I have ever been in!! And it is a total bonus that they are now right down the road!! We will so forever be customers and recommend this store specifically!!
