Tobacco is always stale. Tubes are stale, they seem to sit on the shelf a while. The guy that is in the shop the most, literally has no idea. He has never been able to answer one question I have asked. If you need Lookah gear then A+. If you need Tobacco and tubes, go out of your way and visit elsewhere!!!!! Maybe they should have kept KAT around. What ever they were doing a year ago, they aren't doing now! Reply to owner: You have offered to replace the tobacco. While I appreciate that, I purchased 2 boxes of tubes. I would like to replace at least the unopened box as well. These tubes are horrible! They taste as though they have been on the shelf for a while. And help will be appreciated. Please let me know if and when you will be there. I want to clear this up with you and not the clerks. I went in there to drop some loot on some new glass accessories. I couldn’t get the fella to get off his phone long enough to answer my questions let alone . Show me products once I did look up the questions that I had to ask on my phone in the shop I told him that I was in the process of thinking about purchasing another item in there over $100 and he goes well. You only have five minutes. At that point, I was just thinking well I’ve been nothing but an inconvenience to this guy since I walked in here so I better just go I won’t go back there and inconvenience this place anymore If they say they close at nine, they’re really close at like six or seven

This place recently moved right by my house and I am so happy!!! The guy that runs the place is SUPER nice and the store is extremely clean and put together. They have a wide variety of stuff for people who smoke or vape. I appreciate your establishment being such a good one and the employee being so wonderful!!
