I love the owners here! They have such a lovely family! I always feel welcome when the main owner is there. I'm far from Urbana now but if I'm ever in the area I will definitely be going through just so that way I can say hi and show my support to their store...

Very disappointed with our experience here, stopped here on our way back to our cabin rental to grab some snacks and supplies and some lottery too and we didn’t receive all of the tickets we paid for. When we called the carry out to discuss our situation they did very little, actually nothing to help us which is interesting because you’d think that they could just count the roll of tickets to verify. Nonetheless- not a good experience and we hope that you ensure having all items and correct change if visiting this place. ***I would like to update this to include that the owner who answered the phone in regards to our concern/complaint seemed to empathize, nonetheless it’s unfortunate that there wasn’t a resolve.

The owners and staff are amazing people and treat you like family. So kind and inviting. Hard to find these days.They also have so much!

I understand they were asked to close the walk in part so as a loyal customer for years... I didn't appreciate being asked to leave the drive thru and circle back around just because I wanted to buy a few scratchers. I'm a paying customer like anyone else in line. Congrats Tree's!!! On your rudeness losing you a loyal customer. I will not be back.
