Amazing customer service! Helped me with vape that was defective from distributor and always very nice and helpful. Shop also has a huge variety in products as well!

I went here to get another downstem for my water pipe, and the guy working didn’t even know what I was talking about, I had to actually take the water pipe from him and show him what piece the downstem was. Dude was not knowledgeable at all and didn’t have a clue, won’t be coming here for any products again.

This is the only place I will go to buy hookah supplies! The owners are the nicest guys ever and super knowledgeable about their products. Smoker Spin's customer service is soooo much better any other shop that I have been to in Columbus! :) Excited to go back.
