Dropped my phone and the screen was completely shattered. Took it in and they had it looking brand new in like 25 minutes. Super fair price too, definitely my go to spot now

They charged 15.75% "tax"- my daughter went to get her phone fixed for the second time here- they quoted her $160, my card was ran for 221.(ish). I called there personally and was told it was so much because she got a phone case and screen protector. Not true- she only got a screen protector that was $30. And additional "$32 in taxes. They ran my card before fixing the phone and said she has wrong model- why they would run my card before fixing and verifying I have no idea- and then charged me an additional $44 and some change- so I was charged in total around $270 to replace a screen and get a screen protector from a quoted price of $160. During all this she asked if she could just have her phone back and they said no because they had taken it apart- how backwards can you be? They very much took advantage of the fact that my daughter is 17 and they can do this to her. It's totally my fault for thinking people are honest. Shame on them for operating that way. There are plenty of other places to get phones fixed- it might cost a little more, but at least the people are honest. Edit to add: we took it to an actual iPhone repair shop after it stopped working for a 3rd time (twice the day after I made this post and today) and Kings refused to fix their mistake.... The gentleman at the iPhone store laughed at the "repairs" that were done and said the screen they put on was super low quality (only costs $75 at most) and not even the problem. If you have an iPhone, please don't go here. Save yourself the headache and go to a place that actually knows what they're doing and won't rip you off.

They just high for No reason went there to get something and then the man charging 26.99 for Xstreme Then going say oh the dude that was here didn’t keep up with the prices for them so he sold them the way he wanted too. Like why are you lying everywhere else they’re the exact same price, and some are actually cheaper in different smoke shops You sit up though with a cold stone face and lie telling me oh no there 26.99. Yall that thirsty to try to target ppl out their money for no reason. I will not be going back there.. Quick scam fr over charging. Diabolical. Also be careful and don’t get distracted. It’s an older dude in there. Got me for a few bucks. It dawned on me the next day . He didn’t give me all my change back. Them show shells like 1.49 gave him twenty he gave me fifteen bucks back. Be careful. The young dude that use to be there was very helpful . That older dude with lite beard you gotta watch him. I was so distracted and you would think ppl are genuine . Do anything for a few bucks smh

Good phone store. The staff were helpful, service was quick, and they made everything easy. Prices were fair
