If you’re looking for the vape shop to call your home base, Cloud Infinity is it. I’ve been to a lot of smoke shops over the years, and this one is hands down in a league of its own. The store is always clean, impeccably organized, and fully stocked—like actually stocked. When every other shop in the area was out of Geek Bars, Cloud Infinity still had shelves full. Their selection is wild in the best way: every flavor, every brand, every new drop… they’ve got it before anyone else. I was floored to see the store has several of the new vapes set out with mouth-guards so you can sample flavors- which is something that I personally have not seen since the old “mod only” days long before the disposables were a thing. Cal is the heart of the place, and he’s honestly the reason I don’t bother going anywhere else. He knows his stuff at a level you don’t see anymore like what’s new, what’s trending, what’s the best value for your money, what’s not. You can tell he studies this industry and keeps up with everything so his customers don’t have to guess. He takes the time to really match you with the right product instead of just trying to sell you something. That alone sets him apart. He also has an amazing talent of being able to upsell in a way that benefits both the customer and the business. What I appreciate most is that Cal genuinely shows his customers that he values them. He remembers what you like, checks in on what’s working for you, and makes sure you leave happy every single time. You can feel that he’s invested in giving people a great experience, not just ringing up a purchase. The energy in the store is good vibes, easygoing, and welcoming. It really feels like a place built on integrity and pride. Everything about Cloud Infinity Smoke Shop is top-tier: the customer service, the selection, the knowledge, the consistency, and the atmosphere. Its selection is varied and fantastic without being overwhelming. I truly can’t say enough good things about this store and the way it’s run. If you want quality, honesty, and a shop that actually cares about its customers, this is the spot.

This smoke shop is one of the most solid smoke shops on this side of the Mississippi. The selection and amount of flavors they have for vapes and vape juice along with other smokeables is by far one of the most I have seen in one store. Top it off with some of the kindest people I've ran into a while makes this a go-to for me and will continue to support this small business any time I can.

Probably one of the best shops I've stopped in. Not a huge selection, but also not small. And the staff has always been 110%. Everytime i go in i walk out with a smile. Definitely recommend this for your smoking/vaping needs
