I visited this store this morning specifically to purchase a carton of Virginia Super Slims, which are not easy to find. Before leaving home, I called the store to confirm they carried them. The person who answered confirmed they did and quoted me $11.25 per pack. Since I planned to buy a carton, I expected to spend a little over $100. When I arrived and asked for a carton, the man at the counter (who appeared to be the owner) quoted me $135. I explained that I had just called and was told the price was $11.25 per pack. He immediately responded in an unfriendly tone, saying, “We don’t give prices over the phone, so that didn’t happen. You must be mistaken.” I showed him my phone with the store’s number and the 55-second call clearly listed. Instead of acknowledging that someone may have given me incorrect information, he repeated that I was mistaken. The issue wasn’t even the price difference — if he had simply said someone made an error, I still would have purchased the carton for $135. I needed them, and I understood prices can vary. What made me leave was the dismissive and accusatory tone. No customer appreciates being treated as though they’re lying. Because of that interaction, the store lost a $135 sale. I chose to go elsewhere, paid slightly more, and was treated politely — which was well worth the extra few dollars. Customer service matters!

Very friendly people always have my tubes and tobacco in stock. They even sell the five packs of the hot rod tubes. I hate going anywhere else.

Cigar pricing is too high and staff isn't educated on brands, blends, and/or wraps.

These guys are great! Always have what i need.
