Top notch customer service. Cannot recommend enough. I had an issue with my delivery order and they went out of their way to help. Dedicated customer!! A++++

This store has been my favorite place to go for all my vape needs for a very long time. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is always clean and tidy, and there are lots of great sales going on all the time! Management goes above and beyond for customers needs and desires and I would recommend the Xenia store to anyone looking for advice or a great deal. The freebie stickers at the counter are what REALLY keep me coming back though 😉

I go here exclusively from now on! The loyalty discounts extend beyond disposables too!!!

Rachel and Tony are AMAZING!!!! They know me as soon as I come in. I don’t go to any other store except for this one as they make sure to make you feel welcome and answer any questions or help with whatever you need. Very helpful, friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Come here and shop. The rewards point system is a great added bonus.

AMAZING! They always have stock just friendly amazing service! Plus discounts! I’ve been able to save off items I need!
