Used to be a good vape shop, now stock is always low. Staff usually take up all the parking in front of the shop rather than parking out in the parking lot amd leaving room for customers to park. The front door has been broken for about a year and a half and still hasn't been fixed, which can make it difficult for someone with mobility challenges to open. The one thing it has going for it is the staff members are polite and will take time with customers to answer questions.

I would not recommend this place, they never have what you need even when told it will be ordered, and employees do not pay attention, ring you up the wrong stuff and when you notice, "it's on you" ugh okay how? I ask for a product and you gave me the wrong thing. Then you gotta pay extra, they do not do refunds so your kinda screwed with something you do not need. Hands down worst place in town I have been to. 1/10

I've been a customer for a few years now and have always had really good experiences. They went above and beyond when I had an issue and hooked me up well. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Definitely highly recommend if you live near the Bixby location!

I went to this place before 9pm and they were closed before the time the sign said they were to close. They were nice to me when I would go in but when they have 10 minutes before they were to close will lose business if they keep it up every day
