Have not been back ever since they raised their prices. My husband and I started going to discount vape. Because their prices on their kratom is cheaper. They raised the prices a few weeks ago. And I tried coming in a few days ago to see if they were still doing their normal price but they are not. I have no issues with the staff. I just dont like how the owner over charges on the product. When there are other places that do it for cheaper.

My twin and I visited you're broken arrow location and have started to become regulars, I HAVE to brag on Mr. Frank!! His hospitality and genuineness to us was off the charts, he truly cares about his people, he KNOWS what he's talking about, doesn't make you feel rushed, it's almost like home!! Thank you guy's so much for you're business but 1000% THANK YOU MR. FRANK we will spread the word about this amazing place and it's amazing people

Very helpful and friendly. They usually have the salt nic juice that I use and when they run out they usually get it back of stock pretty quick.

Customer service and professionalism really went downhill. Walked in to an empty store and the two employees couldn’t bother stopping their conversation to greet me, let alone assist me. Finally the guy in a lawn chair with a blanket wrapped around him got up to help and at the register I made a comment about there reward points system comparing it to another smoke shop and he said “ Well I would go there”. I’ll take his advice and go out of the way to cloud chaserz from now on.
