Live nearby so its easy to access, however, this location has had trouble finding decent help. My last 3 visits have been much better! Seems they replaced a few and now the manager and employees seem more engaged. The product line I use never stayed in stock and now it is available every time I go. The young man with the medium sandy blonde was extremely patient in helping me go over numerous products and I ended up getting some nice items. This store has so much sales potential, but the company may not engage in how to increase sales and foot traffic. I have visited the Arkansas locations with varied experience in each one, mostly coming down to the employees. I will continue to visit and would recommend, but what does the future hold....not that Federal & State laws constantly mess with these businesses, hopefully we find trust in these smoke shops that they are compliant, but also picky about products that may cause potential harm. Good shop, something for everyone, prices are competitive.

Expired juice all the time. Consistently never keep anything in stock. Staff is constantly changing bc of disagreements with corporate offices about their warehouse competence. If you find something you like here, don't expect it to be there next week, and if it is, expect a $3 price jump. Absolutely no shame when it comes to raising prices to meet demand, assuming they can even meet demand. Specific items include Tusk products, feel free, Geekbar, 24/7, and more. Absolute crapshoot of if anything mentioned is even in stock, but garuntee more expensive than anywhere else in town. They keep firing the good workers because they'll actually help people instead of price gouging you at every corner. Nearly every item in my picture is no longer there. No surprise their trying to rebrand as Smoke Maven to get rid of reviews like this. Would never recommend shopping here.

These guys are the best, not only are they kind, but they actually care about their people, as a regular im more aware of deals and promotions, and as a rewards member i can rack up points for money back off purchases, highly recommend

The store Manger is very condescending. Was trying to explain that my stok wasn't vaping, she treated me like a child. She stated she didn't really know why. She said I probably should just get another one. There only 24.99. I said so every 3 weeks I'll have to get a new one. Yes, she said there only 24.99. I had my money out on the counter, and she continued to belittle me, saying I deal with the elderly all the time,my grandparents raised me. I started to cry and she said What rhe matter, I said you are being rude. She said buy another one or get out. I left. Will NEVER go back their again
