Great manager! Most employees are very good! The best pizza in town! 1 negative tho; and may be a mistake by a new employee; hints pizza reward cards are no longer valid……. Please clarify, as they still are every where else

Nasty store....expired food all over the shelves...."Manager" Darla is rude and doesn't care when you point it out. I had two encounters with her and I will never return. Once she sold me the wrong item and wouldn't let me return it for the correct one because "we don't take returns" even though I hadn't even left the counter with the item. The next time I encountered Darla, she was speaking negatively about a new employee to the customers ahead of me in line.

I love stopping in here! The clerks are always smiling, welcoming, also very knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere that they create is very energetic and joyful that resonates with me all day long. Thank you and Napoli's!!! Keep up the great work!
