I recently invested $150 in a refillable vape setup and decided to try two of their house blends. Unfortunately, the flavors were a bit unexpected, reminiscent of butane with a hint of horse pee. Curious about what might have gone awry, I returned to the shop to inquire. The person in charge seemed quite taken aback by my feedback, as if I had committed a grave offense. She assured me of her expertise, while I suggested that perhaps the recipe could use a little tweaking. I assured her I wasn’t upset or seeking a refund; I simply wanted to be helpful and was interested in purchasing a premix if available. To my surprise, she declined to serve me and even mentioned calling the police. I can only imagine she might be having a tough day, and perhaps a little kindness from her mom would do wonders. On a brighter note, the staff member I encountered a few days prior was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful.
