I was trying to look for something and I just ask the lady to relax because I didn't want her hovering over me she has little patience and the other day I was counting change so I can give her the right amount and she turned around told me I have it like she was irritated these times where not the first time she's gotten mad because I ask her to relax until I was ready because I didn't want her standing there like hurry up dude because when I come in a shop I sometimes have trouble choosing and she didn't even recommend anything poor customer service is bad for business and I mentioned that the cigar weren't fully humidified I let her know about that and she was irritated and she was saying I was arguing with her I wasn't I was explaining then she told me you can just leave go and I told her fine I'll just go to another shop I won't be going here again I like this shop but I'm not going to be treated like this it seems everytime you ask her to relax she won't let you finish your sentence and gets mad.

Every time my husband and I go in there that is Cpl times a week. The new blond is rude to me and flirts with my husband. We will no longer be giving our Business there

Dont buy any capes here. I’ve bought 3 in the last week and they were all burnt right out of the packaging. Even bringing them back up there and them knowing it came from them they don’t care to fix their problems with their products. I will be submitting a report to the BBB and to the FDA for selling fake or old vapes
