Probably one of the worse customer service experiences I've had in the Durant area. The lady seemed annoyed when I asked about prices a price difference between 2 products due to the fact that one did not display a price. She told me to read the lables with a snarky tone without even looking to see that one had no label. I decided to leave without the product. I will not be returning to this location due to her, even with their prices being a little cheaper. I'll gladly pay the extra money at Red River Tobacco.

This shop is so Good! I smoke a different brand of cigar cigarettes and they were so good at customer satisfaction that they went out of their way to order them,go to Texas and get them, and have them ready for me when I returned at a good price. I give them 2 high thumbs up!
