Very bad service I went in looking for a nice looking dab rig. My son went in with me and did not have his id. All he said is that one looks nice and so I . N I am disabled n don't understand 😭 tried to buy it and since he did not have his id we could not get it. Me and my husband went back the next day to get it and we got kicked out and aren't allowed back now they say I can't buy n now my husband can't buy .because I came in with my son the day before

I want to start out by saying the customer service at this location is top tier. What a remarkable team and manager. Everytime I go in Im always taken care of and greeted right away. Yesterday I walked in and the manager just went above and beyond. Answering all my questions and patiently helping me with an issue with a product I had previously purchased from that location. He was so thoughtful and kind he even offered a discount. I was truley amazed by his professionalisum. What a great team and location. Its very hard to find these days. This manager needs a raise or promotion. PerfectJob ❤️

So so frustrated with this place. I usually buy 2 disposables a week. But every time I get hooked on a new brand, they have rotated their inventory to no longer carry them. So I get to used one for 2 weeks, love the flavor, then it's gone. So sick of it! Making it impossible to quit smoking because I have to go a couple weeks until I can figure out a brand with similar flavor to what I am used too. I'm over it!! Corporate needs to get it together, and carry what sells!!! Distribution wouldn't be a issue if they would pay attention to sales. I will say the employees are absolutely amazing, and my beef isn't with them!!
