Just went there today. Bad service. Can’t imagine the what that poor guy is going through, but god let’s hope he doesn’t overstep the wrong person.

Long time and frequent visitor to both locations in Miami. The little gal with the colorful hair and makeup was really helpful and pretty knowledgeable about all the different kratom products offered. She also sold me on one of the electronic dab machines called the unicorn and lemme tell ya, I’m really glad I didn’t buy a puffco coz this thing is WAYYY better!! I haven’t really had great experiences with the e-dabbers in general but this’n is definitely worth it. Thanks y’all Peace and Love

Bought a vape liquid. Specifically told the store clerk I wanted a “small bottle of Betty chill” little did I know there was salt nic and e liquid. Clerk didn’t tell me the difference even though she was aware. Poured the juice into my vape, took one hit and realized it was NOT my normal juice. Called the store and they said bc I opened it, they could not exchange it. So basically I have a $15 bottle of juice that is useless!!! Will NEVER step foot inside the stores here in Miami ever again!!!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen!!!!!!

Very helpful staff and friendly! Of all the vapor stores around, my partner prefers to go here because of just how knowledgeable the staff is and because of the service he receives when he goes in to buy his liquid for his vape. Prices are also very reasonably priced as well!
