Every time I come into this vape shop to grab a vape when I get off work the blonde girl working nights has the NASTIEST attitude I’ve ever encountered. She rolls her eyes, refuses to check the points on my account and doesn’t make any conversation and ignores me when I try to talk to her. Highly recommend staying away from this shop during the nighttime so you can avoid having to deal with her. 👎

Twice now I have been charged full price at $50 for 2 vapes that were $40 when you buy 2. Both times I was told there was nothing they could do about it, no refund of the extra $10 they took each time, no merchandise worth $10 in exchange, nothing. I was a loyal shopper here spending at least $400 a month but I will not be returning anymore.

I hate the fact I can even give one star because at this point they deserve a negative star rating! I had my card charged for over $60 for something that was priced at $32, after I was told if the new price I told the store I didn’t even want and then was told that since my card was already charged and the manager could not be gotten ahold of that my only choice was to hold on to the item and come back to have it resolved….that was over 3 weeks ago and I don’t know about many others but $60+ is still quite a bit of money especially for something I didn’t want and am not using! I even tried to be nice and take the loss and agreed to just be refunded the difference which was about $25 and that they could honestly just give me store credit and apparently that is not even acceptable, so due to the inability for the worker to get ahold of the manager because of the accidental charge I’m out $60+ and can’t even get a response from the store manager to remedy the situation! Don’t waste your money and if you have the chance just go to Johnny’s or somewhere in Okmulgee and leave this place alone! Bad business, bad customer service and if they accidentally charge your card for an unauthorized transaction then they will just ignore you until you get tired of calling or showing up! Absolutely ridiculous!

My first vape & Arayya was sooo helpful, knowledgeable & patient. She explained it all for me. I have a broken ankle/leg & she went way above & beyond to help me. Store is very clean & attractively laid out. Will definitely be a repeat customer - mainly because of Arayya!! A super lady! (Sorry if I misspelled the name)

Absolute trash. Requires signing of a waiver and wants all of your personal information in order to buy. I thought maybe this was a state law and went right down the street and purchased with no problems. And the waiver wants email verification so they can spam you with whatever garbage they want to send you. Absolutely not, no thank you.
