I have been a regular patron of this establishment and have actively recommended them to others, but they have officially lost my business and recomendation. This morning, I purchased two Yovo vapes before heading into work. When I opened the box of one of them later, the plastic packaging inside was already torn open, and the device was completely empty of fluid. Because I was at work, I couldn't return until my lunch break. When I brought the empty, pre-opened product back with all its contents (or lack thereof), the only response I got was that they had "no idea how that could have happened." I even offered a highly likely explanation for how it occurred: a scamming customer likely did a bait-and-switch when an employee's back was turned, and the worker put it right back on the shelf. Instead of taking that feedback seriously or realizing they had a security gap, the staff simply didn't care. Zero accountability. No apology. No effort whatsoever to make things right over a mistake that most likely happened on their watch. They just shrugged it off and repeated that they "had no idea how that could have happened." If a business is willing to burn a bridge with a regular customer over a $20 mistake on their sales floor, they don't deserve yours. Then they actually tried to hand the garbage back to me when they refused to make things right, so I left it right on the counter and told them, "That's y'all's trash." A customer shouldn't have to unbox and inspect products at the register to ensure they aren't buying garbage, but if you are going to shop here, you probably ought to. I will never recommend or give my business this place again.

I stopped in here on a road trip. It's a small but cozy shop. Friendly staff. Good selection at fair prices.

This place has not only great prices but the best customer service people up front and in the dispensary could not ask for a more helpful & friendly place !!!

Got 2 pouches of 28% and 3 pouches of 18% and was charged for 5 top shelf pouches. Straight up rip off.

They have a verity of different things and their is also a convenient store there too.
