I would like to say the manager Lorenzo is amazing!! I was curious about a product in the store and he took it upon himself to do the research and educate me on it! Not only that but they have the best deals when it comes to vapes etc. I definitely suggest coming here! 😊

Didn't buy anything wanted to see what premium cigars they carried the associate seemed friendly at first and when I told him I was looking at the cigars he seemed to get annoyed. I have recently moved to Miami and there is not really a good cigar and tobacco pipe store in the area. I don't expect someone in a glass emporium/vape store to know alot about cigars but his reaction to questions were I've not tried that but I have tried these.

Google said they’d be open at nine showed up at 9:20. The open sign was lit up, but the door was locked and they would not answer the phone.

I was just in the store looking for a cool new piece. The manager Lorenzo told me I could hold a piece until after I purchased it. What a joke. I have purchased several pieces from them in the past and have never been told that before. Like most people I buy off look, feel, and functionality. The store is normally a 5 stars environment but Lorenzo made it to were i will shop elsewhere.
