Poet was amazing! He greeted us with kindness and made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. He took the time to explain the different vapes and let us know about all the deals they had going on in the store. He had such great energy and made the whole experience enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back after the amazing customer service we received!

Come here to purchase all the time had my id I’m grown my husband grown as well poet didn’t want to sale to us not sure if it’s because we’re black we never had an issue before, my husband didn’t have his ID on him but I had mines he didn’t want mines my husband probably older then him he was willing to still give him his DOB even though I had my ID. He set and argued with us just not wanting to sale to us at all. That was a personal issue the way it was handled. we came Sunday feb 15th it gave RACIST after I told him he being racist about selling to us BC what’s the issue we provided what he asked is the ID he and he didn’t want to sale to us he then let us buy it after 15min of confrontation, but we won’t be back to this location and I will let me BLACK family and friends know as well.. OH and it was 3 WHITE people in there they didn’t have NO Id and he didn’t BOTHER TO ASK THEM SO YEAH ILL BE REPORTING HIM AND YALL BUSINESS if that’s the way it’s being handled. The people even said what’s the problem why can’t you just sale it to them they have the ID no one seen the issue he claim he doing his JOB I’m not sure what kind of job they got him doing but YALL lost loyal customers after today. We come in this location and always SPEND over 100-150 tasting stuff and buying new vapes and all.

My husband and I have bought over $400 dollars in this store. I know we've earned many points. We've asked about this everytime we've went in and they say they sent to email but we looked thru everything including spam email. Love the products but they don't give you points, for real. Super frustrating

My go to place. Will not go another. Staff very friendly and always fast service. Highly recommend this MWC location!!

Maxine, Rhianna, Natasha were the ABSOLUTE best! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first time In the store. They were very detail oriented, polite, friendly and welcoming. Thank you again and we will definitely be back!
