Super nice and helpful. Called first. Dude knew the charger I needed to replace my dead one. Had 2 kinds in stock. Got one kind and it didn't connect to my ancient old pen so they exchanged it no problem. BTW. A few years ago when I came home for a visit, my car pen sparked out dead. I went to that "other shop about a mile down the road" and bought a little $10.00 pen on my way out of town. That pen didn't even last a day. It died before the turnpike midway. So whatever. Jerks.

it’s a little frustrating that everytime i come here no one is here and even though you changed your hours to 9pm i’m here at 8pm and still no one is here, i’ve came here at even 5 pm and no one has been here. do better

I have to say I respect the hell out of the manager of this establishment it’s not often you find someone who truly cares about their job the way this dude does. I had a small issue there a while back and he went out of his way to make it right. I will be back, love their juice selection.

I visited this store with questions about a problem I was having with my MOD today. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the individual who helped me, but he was amazing. He gave me instructions on how to fix the problem while being incredibly patient. Considering I didn't even purchase my MOD from here, the service was outstanding. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere else from now on. 10/10!

I came in today to get a new vape pen that I called first before I came. The young lady who answered was very helpful and pleasant during both interactions. I’m here now enjoying their lovely good vibes establishment and they have all of your needs you could possibly need and more!
