I have shopped here for a little more than a year and couldn’t agree more with all the 5 star ratings, until today. And while Dana has been exceptional in her operation and her attendance to her customers, I no longer feel comfortable or safe in her establishment. Everyone has a right to their political leanings and views. As the young man who sat in the chair beside the puzzle said, “ I can’t stand these liberal commies” and the other young man, standing behind the counter, smiled and nodded before he left to the back room of the store. It was a simple statement, really. But the impact on me was immediate and intense. And for the first time in more than 30 years of living in Norman I am apprehensive about visiting a store in my own neighborhood.

Best Customer Service in Norman hands down! Dayna is the absolutely best… quick story… my juice of 8 years had become just about impossible to find, not for Dayna she went the extra mile to track down the items I need ASAP! Customer for life!

I'm not from the Norman area, but realized I was low on juice and wasn't going to be anywhere my normal shop for at least a day. The woman working the counter was very kind, wish I caught her name for this review. I'm really glad I wound up at this place as there were many options in the area, sometimes it's really a gamble when visiting somewhere new! The woman greeted another customer by name as he entered, I could tell she genuinely cared for her customers. Thank you!

The most outstanding Vape shop there is anywhere!!! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. They take the time to show each and every person individual attention, which makes you feel important! The best juices I’ve ever had too! A spectacular experience that makes you always want to return to this shop!!!!

They have fair prices! The staff knows you by name. They are helpful and will try to fix your vape rather then just try to sell you a new one. I can't count the number of times they have built coils for me free of charge. This is a family owned business and the owner is most likely going to be helping you! Other stores just want you to get juice and get out not the Kingdom. It's a personal experience and I've never felt pressured or rushed. They have dispatched an employee to my house when I was unable to commute to the store. I would highly recommend them for new to expert vapors they have it all!
