I have to say that this is my favorite place to get my vapes. I am absolutely horrible with remembering names so I’m not even going to try, so everyone gets an A+. It doesn’t matter what time of day or how busy they are, I am always greeted with a cheery smile and kindness. Being a retired retail manager this wins huge points with me. I send all of my friends to this location every chance I get. Prices are great and earning points are great too. So keep on smiling and being kind!

Noah was super great, very knowledgeable very kind all around best experience yet coming to vapor 100. Honestly y’all better give this guy a raise to keep him around good employees like that are 1 in a million. Literally he checked every box on the outstanding customer service list. Including telling me about deals and specials on certain devices showing me how to work the mod I bought even tho I might already know. Answering questions about coils and mods. I can’t stress enough to come to this vapor 100 and if you do make sure you come when Noah is working because I can assure you, you will not leave disappointed. Keep up the great work Noah seriously. Hats off to you brother

Bad from the first call. Asked if they had a product in stock and they let me know they did but didn’t let me know the price because “minors call in asking for pricing”? WTH. I said “OK I just want to make sure that I’m not going to get overcharged and it’s going to be $20 or more when I get there”. They do that because they know they are overpriced and expect people to purchase when they get there even though they know that it is not a good price because they don’t want to waste any more of their time. Not cool. Sure enough I get there and it’s $22 plus. They also failed to let me know that it was cash only before arriving. I also had to sign some weird agreement, relinquishing them from all liability from selling the Kratom, CO2 cans (whippets) , and other drugs that should definitely be illegal . Sketchy business practice , sketchy vibes.

Chris was the freaking best! I came in to look at glass and he took his time with me and was so patient no matter how many I asked to look at! 10/10 reccomend working with him and he definitely deserves a raise!!!

Kat and Chris restored my faith in people who understand and possess the ability to deliver top shelf customer service. They are both approachable, willing to take the time to answer the bakers dozen of questions I always seem to have. Not once did I feel like I was an imposition. To the contrary, I felt as if they actually wanted to help me. They both represented vapor 100 well! Side note they are both incredibly funny. I will end with this, Chris made an off-the-cuff comment that was so funny milk came out of my nose. I haven't had milk since 1986. A++
