INCREDIBLE customer service!! Every visit is met with helpful, knowledgeable employees, especially Amar! He is incredibly, friendly, helpful and never fails to have a smile on his face. The selection is outstanding & you’re guaranteed to find what you need (and then some)! I’ve made at least a dozen visits to Smokey’s & every single visit is met with the same outstanding customer service for their patrons. I cannot recommend this place enough.

So friendly and informative. I appreciate the service every time I go in as well as all the products offered. It's amazing that they offer so many deals and options so you can get the most bang for your buck. Everyone that works here is great, so happy they opened. Thank you!

Love coming here for all my smoking essentials! Aaron, Omar, and Jose are always so welcoming and know how to make you laugh. Great customer service, great vibes, and they always have everything I need!

I love the guys that run this place. ^_^ They are so kind and willing to help. And a fantastic selection of products. Get all my vices refilled at the same!!! Proud Regular.

I'm in this store a couple of times a week. These guys have my stuff waiting for me when I walk in the door. Great prices. Next level service.
