Amazing hookah place with a verity of flavors.

Love that this location is open later! I really needed my Al Fakher Shisha!

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but after my experience here yesterday they don't even deserve half a star. I love that they always have a wide variety of vape options to choose from and almost always have the flavor and brand that I buy which is amazing! Until yesterday the staff have always been extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the different products they carry which is always nice to see especially in a job that requires good salesman. The gentleman who was there and served me yesterday is the only issue I've ever had here. He was a younger male maybe around 21 or a little older with a short beard and somewhat longer hair. I said hello to him when I walked in and asked how he was doing and he didn't respond then I asked him a couple simple questions about the difference between 2 vape brands and his response to me was "I'm not sure, I don't vape or do any of that stuff". First of all if your working at a vape store or in any kind of job that's in sales it's literally YOUR JOB to know about the products you sale! And answer customer questions! I shouldn't have to pull out my phone and Google search the 2 products and find the answers to even the most basic questions! After checking out I thanked him and said bye and once again I got no reply back. The gentleman who was working yesterday evening was hands down the WORST salesman I've ever had! He was extremely rude and poor mannered and had absolutely no business working behind that counter! Thanks to the poor experience with this young man yesterday I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on. Please do better Trifecta!

This is the best smoke shop! I couldn't find my hookah so I went here and bought a portable one. Thank goodness.

Great selection of puffco. Great service. Brei was amazing and very halpful. Definitely recommended
