I love shopping here. The customer service has been great everytime I have gone here. The product choices are vast and encompass almost anyone’s wants. I highly recommend stopping here.

I went in for the first time to get a refill for my fogger. They did not have the flavor that I requested the lady behind the counter give me an alternative that was close to what I was asking for. However when it rang up instead of $20 or so it was 29 I made the comment that it was very expensive there. So she said it was the whole kit. Note I had already paid. I promptly said I did not want a full kit just a refill. I never moved left or tried to come back I just asked if I could get my money back because I didn't want a full kit but their policy is no refunds. Maybe I didn't make myself clear but she certainly did not I was very unhappy when I left. I was trying to buy something there and she sold me the wrong thing maybe I didn't pay attention well enough but she should have give me my money back and let me buy a refill. I guess it was both our faults. But she should have given me a refund and let me purchase what I came in for. And they did not have a full selection.

I saw another review saying the vapes have been burnt. I’ve bought four in the past month and three have been burnt only lasted 1-2 so that’s over 80%. I’m like everybody else I work hard for my money and I have a policy too. I don’t like to give it away for defective product I’m a regular customer in. I’m in there all the time but I won’t be anymore so buyer beware save your money. Go to La La Land.
