I went there got a Roger pod went out to my car and opened it it was a quarter of the way gone iv been smoking on a Roger for years and they tried to tell me it was normal that is not normal that’s a manufacturer defect they tried to fight with me saying that’s how they come now then he opened 3 more they were all full and still tried to tell me the same stuff to try and get me to just keep a pod that was obviously a defect still had to fight with him for 20 minutes on it will not go here again!!!!!

Seriously the worst customer service ever. The guy running the place acts like he hates people and doesn’t care if he sells anything or not. Ridiculous

When I walked in the door the establishment appeared clean but to my surprise apparently no one works there on a Tuesday afternoon around 130 because I stood there for appx 10 min looking at different things and not a one person other than myself appeared to be in the entire establishment

"Any 2 disposables for 30$" claim is not honored in store. Dont go in expecting to get the deals they advertise.

I do not have idea why the cleck who is working here do not speak English, at leat to explain the reduction you are selling
