This dispensary has gone downhill since the manager Jordan left. They no longer have the good deals that I and other customers had become accustomed to. I will no longer be purchasing my medication from here. I'd rather drive to Lexington or Norman for better quality and better prices.

I went in there whenever the shop manager was working. He was really cool and help my pick out the best stuff. Place is vary clean and the waiting room was well stocked with good new magazines to read while your waiting

This lovely dispensary is definitely a 5 stars. The place looks very clean and organized with a large waiting room and selection. The two men that were working yesterday when I came in were wonderful!! They were very friendly and lively. They explained their products in detail and made suggestions to ensure I got what I was looking for. They offer deals and gave me a great discount on my purchase! I got one of their packwoods and it was AMAZING. I smoked half of it with 3 people and we were very stoned. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dispensary experience as well as an excellent smoke sesh.

I'm made a mistake on my order and was not happy(buyers remorse). I went back in to the store a few hours after my purchase and the budtender let me correct my mistake on my end and fixed my order up even though it was not the stores fault. This is a great store with great products and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting great flavor prices and customer service. I highly recommend the Dr.pepper infused kush if you're a Dr pepper fan this is a must product.

Would not recommend. Flower product is HEAVILY dyed. Water cleansed some of their top shelf just to see what would happen and the water came out looking like Gatorade. Editing to correct the management. I became agitated due to the manager speaking over me during a phone call, where he had asked me to clarify what I meant in my review when I referred to water curing/water cleansing. Couldn’t get a word in after repeating what I had stated clearly in my short review. Anyone would get angry at that, it shows a lack of respect to the consumer who is questioning whether the product they’ve purchased is clean and reliable. Many long-time consumers know what water curing is and do this in order to remove possible pollutants from their bud. Informed consumers often do this when they suspect the bud they’ve purchased is contaminated by dyes, fragrances, and/or other pollutants, such as pesticides and flavoring. If management has been in this business as long as they’ve claimed, they would also know this. I suspected some contamination was possible with the bud I purchased, especially considering how much the management touted their own product and talked poorly of other businesses. While I also enjoy smack-talking dispensaries I have had a bad experience with, I am a customer, it’s to be expected. I NEVER take it as a good sign when a dispensary is lauding themselves so highly over others. Trash talking is not professional from a business perspective. So, I decided to test their bud. The green bud came out fine, with a typical yellowing of the water. This is caused by chlorophyll seeping out into the water. So onto the purple bud, Black Runtz. While discoloration of the water when water-curing is normal because of Anthocyanin, a purplish compound found in things like eggplants and various berries, the amount of color leaking out so quickly was concerning. I have water cured deep purple buds before, with not nearly the change I got here. Not only this, but the water smelled like potpourri after the curing. Not cool. After the manager contacted me by phone, and then repeatedly speaking over me, I was informed by a long-winded text that I was hereby banned from all Happy Root 420 locations. Not the best way to treat a dissatisfied customer. Side note, it takes much longer than 5+ minutes to properly water cure, which our friends here at Happy Root 420 had said they’d done in their text to me. Water curing is a process that is recommended at a 10 hour minimum. If so much color comes out within the first 5 to 10 minutes of curing purple buds that your water begins to look like cough medicine, this a cause for concern, even in dark purple buds. For those of you who want to water cure your buds, please do some reading on how to properly do this. If done incorrectly it can cause mold! Stay safe and and informed out there, consumers!
